Job Opportunity: Clinic LPN
Kenansville, NC
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a clinic team serving a specific patient population. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LPN will provide high-quality nursing care, demonstrating sound clinical judgment, critical thinking, and a commitment to patient safety and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver nursing care in accordance with established standards and under RN supervision
• Coordinate patient care and assist in clinical decision-making
• Provide services across a range of public health areas including:
• Child and adult health
• Immunizations
• Family planning
• Tuberculosis and STD management
• Other communicable diseases
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Minimum Requirements
• Current LPN license
• One year of experience as an LPN preferred
• One year of experience in a clinic setting preferred
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB Questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must comply with all relevant professional standards of practice
Job Details
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Weekend Requirement: None
