    Now Hiring: 1:1 Transport RN – Everett, MA

     

    Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a skilled and caring Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 transport support for a medically complex student in Everett, MA. This ongoing assignment offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a child’s life by ensuring safe and attentive transportation to and from school.

    Position Details

    + Location: Everett, MA

    + Start Date: ASAP

    + Duration: Ongoing

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday

    + Pickups at 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM

    + Pay Rate: $85 per transport

    Responsibilities

    + Provide safe and skilled nursing care during transport

    + Monitor for seizure activity and administer emergency medication as needed

    + Perform suctioning and other urgent interventions during transport

    + Ensure safe and comfortable travel for the student

    + Communicate effectively with caregivers and school staff

    Qualifications

    + Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts

    + Pediatric experience preferred

    + Open to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with relevant experience

    + Must complete CORI and fingerprinting prior to start

    Minimum Requirements:

    Licensed as a Registered Nurse in state(s) where practicing

     

    One year of school nursing experience, preferred

     

    Pediatric experience, preferred

     

    Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

     

    Current CPR if applicable

     

    TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

     

    Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

     

    Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

     

    Must be at least 18 years of age
