    Licensed VocationalNurse

     

    + Setting – Home Health

    + Location – Orange County, CA

    + Schedule – BUILD YOUR OWN SCHEDULE! (3-4 patients per week)

    + Start date - Upon Amergis completion

    + Pay - $52/hr - WEEKLY PAY!

    Duties

    + Provide in-home care to patients recovering from illness, surgery, or managing chronic conditions

    + Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments

    + Develop and implement individual care plans based on patient needs and physician orders

    + Administer medications and treatments, including IV therapy, wound care, injections, and catheter care

    + Monitor vital signs and symptoms, document changes, and reporting concerns to physicians

    + Schedule and manage visit frequency based on patient acuity and care plan requirements

    Experience Requirements

    + Minimum 1 year home health experience

    + Oasis charting experience strongly preferred
