    Job Title: Mental Health Techs

     

    Days: Variable / Weekends required

    Core Responsibilities:

    + Support daily activities and experiential therapies (art, music, yoga, hiking, fitness).

    + Use de-escalation and crisis management techniques to maintain safety.

    + Build supportive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.

    + Apply treatment team strategies to guide client progress.

    + Assist with chores and campus upkeep.

    + Document client interactions and interventions accurately.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Education: High school diploma or GED

    + 1+ year experience working with adolescents

    + Background: Pass drug screen and state/federal background check

    + License: Valid driver’s license

    + Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, criminal justice, or related field

    + CPR and First Aid certification (training provided if not certified)

     

    (Related Experiences includes: DSP, Mental Health Tech, Residential Counselor, Recovery Coach)
