    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)

     

    Setting: In-person only

     

    About the Role

     

    Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a dedicated BoardCertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across multipleschool sites. This full-time position is ideal for professionals passionateabout improving student behavior and collaborating with school-based teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Provide evidence-based behavioral strategies to support students and staff

    + Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop intervention plans

    + Collaborate with educators and families to ensure student success

    + Maintain compliance and accurate documentation

    Qualifications

    + Current BCBA certification

    + Experience in school-based settings preferred

    + Strong communication and organizational skills
