Join the Office of Public Health’s Center for Finance and Operations as an Administrative Coordinator 4, where organization meets impact! In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of OPH operations, serving as a vital link between teams, leadership, and external partners. From tracking staff augmentation to supporting leadership with scheduling, reporting, and administrative functions, this position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference while keeping our public health operations running smoothly.

Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
+ Maintains controls and monitoring of Time Administrators within OPH, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
+ Serves as the OPH Training Coordinator, managing training logistics, coordinating with external trainers, and ensuring compliance with agency training requirements.
+ Develops and maintains a centralized system for tracking all staff augmentation personnel.
+ Ensures accurate recordkeeping, monitors assignments, and provides regular updates to leadership.
+ Serves as liaison and/or contact person for the department or office between and amongst other departments, customers, vendors, and agencies.
+ Compiles information from various sources and prepares specialized reports; formats reports according to department standards.
+ Serves as assistant to a supervisor, which could include keeping appointment schedule, preparing travel, issuing directives to others on their behalf, and relieving the manager of administrative matters.
