•** **What You’ll Do:

As a **Retail & Admissions Host** , you’re one of the first friendly faces guests meet—and one of the last smiles they see! You’ll help families start their LEGO journey, guide them through ticketing, and make sure everyone leaves with something awesome (and maybe a cool LEGO set, too).

Here’s what your day might look like:

• Welcome guests with a big smile and an even bigger dose of enthusiasm.

•️ Help guests with tickets and admissions, making sure their visit starts off magically.

•️ Keep our retail area stocked, tidy, and bursting with LEGO fun.

• Chat with guests from around the world—your positivity is contagious!

• Hit sales goals and celebrate your wins with your team.

• Be part of a team that works hard, laughs harder, and builds joy every single day.

Qualifications & Experience

About You

+ 6 months – 1 year experience working in retail, attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.

+ Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.

+ Excellent communication and listening skills with both team members and guests.

+ Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.

+ Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills to remedy guest questions or concerns.

+ Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
