    Your main tasks and responsibilities:

    + Develop and implement a **preventive and predictive maintenance** program to minimize downtime and extend the life of critical assets, including machine tools, cranes, HVAC systems, air compressors, and auxiliary equipment.

    + Oversee the **troubleshooting and repair** of all facility infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural components.

    + Plan, manage, and execute **facility expansions, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades** , ensuring all projects meet operational and safety requirements.

    + Oversee the selection, negotiation, and supervision of all **contractors and service providers** performing work on-site, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion.

    + Lead and optimize **inventory management** operations, ensuring efficient storage, tracking, and movement of work-in-progress materials and essential parts.

    + Oversee the **maintenance and upkeep of office spaces** , ensuring a clean, safe, and productive environment for employees.

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Operations, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

    + 7+ years of experience in facility management, industrial operations, or maintenance leadership, preferably in a high-tech manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.

    + Proven experience managing maintenance teams, construction projects, inventory operations, and contractor coordination in a complex industrial setting.

    + Strong background in preventive and predictive maintenance programs for industrial equipment and building infrastructure.

    + Experience with inventory management, space optimization, and logistics in a facility with work-in-progress materials.
