Summary:
The Vein to Vein Supply Chain team's patient-centric work is right in the middle of the action supporting both the Clinical & Commercial organizations early on from patient enrollment and order submission through to the treatment delivery and patient infusion. Our team manages the end to end order fulfillment process. We also lead the Chain of Identity and Chain of Custody for each patient and support the Customer Order Management Process. These are vital elements of the Autologous Cell Therapy Treatment Experience that you will encounter as a Regional Americas Manager Operations Supply Chain CAR-T.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead a team of Supply Chain specialists for E2E delivery of CAR-T product
+ Provide oversight to the Patient Journey for Supply Chain Operations in region
+ Foster excellent customer and vendor relationships through fast, accurate, and reliable communications and service
+ Support exception management and commercial policy execution with regards to Temperatures Out of Range, Product Quality Complaints, Credits, Replacements, etc.
+ Work with Raritan partners to track and communicate batch statuses within the facility
+ Communicate with commercial partners to ensure alignment on order status, release, and shipment timing; anticipate delays and plan accordingly for the patient
+ Run established processes within the V2V Supply Chain but also recommend cost and process improvement plans
+ Build the team to prepare for future demand increases while supporting ongoing V2V operations
+ Perform tasks in a manner consistent with the safety policies, quality systems and cGMP requirements.
+ Track metrics and key process ndicators
Qualifications
Education:
+ Minimum Bachelor's Degree required **;** focused degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or other equivalent field preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
+ Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience
+ Minimum 5 years of work experience in Supply Chain Operations or in a related field
+ Demonstrated leadership capability and customer facing experience
+ Good written and verbal communication skills; Ability to summarize and present results effectively through all levels of the organization
+ Ability to develop team members to take ownership of Roles & Responsibilities for patient journey & experience.
Preferred:
+ Ability to lead an ambiguous environment; Highly organized and capable of working on a cross-functional team with humility and positivity
+ People leadership experience with ability to motivate and develop teams
+ Cell therapy experience
+ Familiarity with Chain of Custody and Chain of Identity
+ Experience working with various IT systems including SAP and Salesforce
Other:
+ Requires up to 10% domestic travel
+ This position requires ability and flexibility to work on weekends/off hours for patient support.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$102,000 to $177,000
