V2X is growing! V2X is looking for a Senior Growth Program Manager to join our team!
Modernization & Sustainment seeks an Engineering and Depot Solutions Growth Program Manager (PM) supporting the Engineering and Depot Solutions (EDS) portfolio in Indianapolis. The PM leads a dynamic and multidiscipline growth team(s) within the EDS product line. In this role, the individual will enhance technical program execution performance through focused messaging, leadership visibility, clear role definition, making critical decisions, organizational relationship, structured feedback and aligned goal setting.
This specific Program Manager will focus on Engineering and Depot solutions.
This leader develops the strategy and vision for the program area growth and established the actions plans to exceed program area objectives for growing the business. The successful candidate will engage customers, identify solutions, and develop new business opportunities. The PM will be accountable for achieving program area pipeline growth and ensuring compliance to all applicable policies and procedures. The PM will work closely with Department of War customers across all service areas (USA, USAF, USMC, USN) to ensure growth initiatives fit the market and customer strategic objectives. The PM will execute and coach other program area leaders through the Capture process ensuring timelines are achieved and foster strong working relationships with Capture teams.
As required, the PM will lead/perform the following tasks:
+ Accountable for the program area growth and pipeline development.
+ Develop strategic growth plan and return on investment for growth initiatives
+ Contribute to programmatic and limited technical direction on overall program execution.
+ Develop customer, competitor and market understanding and relationships across USG and industry customers.
+ Conduct primary and secondary research to determine customer needs and generate business leads by building relationships and identifying and qualifying new opportunities
+ Develop and implement multi-level and multi-dimensional customer contact plans
+ Use consultative selling techniques to better understand customer desires and work with solutions development teams to create customer-centric solutions
+ Analyze customer information and develop customer hot buttons, key performance parameters, and opportunity price-to-win
+ Leverage capabilities of multiple functions and customer access to create, identify, develop and qualify opportunities
+ Develop initial opportunity capture strategy and conduct a smooth transition of opportunity to capture manager
+ Work closely with capture managers to provide customer knowledge and strategic support for capture and proposal process
+ Work closely with other program managers to provide customer knowledge and strategic support for executing programs
+ Support assigned business leader for new business
Conduct internal and external customer briefings

Qualifications
**Education / Certifications** : _One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required._
+ Bachelor’s degree or Eight (8) years of additional work experience in lieu of degree
**Experience** :
+ Seven (7) or more years of relevant work experience
+ Seven (7) or more years successful aerospace & defense depot and engineering services experience
+ Five (5) or more years of successful leadership experience successfully leading a cross-functional team of diverse individuals through new business development and program capture
**Skills & Technology Used** :
+ Entrepreneurial minded individual with demonstrated experience growing and executing successful business, program and/or leadership of teams.
+ Demonstrated innovative ‘out of the box’ thinking to support business objectives.
+ Sound ethical values built upon trust, respect and ‘doing the right thing’.
+ Effective oral, written, listening and computer skills to develop and present narratives and briefings using Microsoft Office.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Demonstrated ability to effectively work with and communicate with multiple levels of management and individual contributors on teams
Supervisory / Budgetary Responsibilities
No direct subordinates/New Business Investment budget management $1M-$5M
