    Position Summary

    We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team and help ensure every part we produce meets the highest quality standards. This position plays a key role in inspecting fasteners and machined components to verify compliance with customer specifications, military standards, and our internal ISO-9001 procedures.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished fasteners for dimensional and visual accuracy.

    + Use precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, hardness testers, optical comparators, etc.).

    + Verify compliance with blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications.

    + Document results, maintain inspection logs, and prepare Certificates of Conformance and first article documentation.

    + Identify nonconformances and assist in root-cause and corrective-action processes.

    + Communicate inspection results to production and quality leadership.

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).

    + Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing quality inspection.

    + Familiarity with ISO-9001, MIL-SPEC and ASME quality standards.

    + Proficient in using precision measurement tools and interpreting GD&T drawings.

    + Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

    + Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    Preferred Experience

    + Prior work in fastener manufacturing, defense, or aerospace environments.

    + Experience preparing First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs).

    + Understanding of DLA, NAVSEA, or DFARS requirements.
