Job Summary Details:
We are seeking a dedicated **Safety Technician** to support the safe execution of electrical installations in a semiconductor environment. This role is critical to maintaining compliance with safety standards, conducting inspections, and promoting a culture of safety across all phases of the project. The Safety Technician will work closely with project teams to identify hazards, implement controls, and ensure adherence to site-specific safety protocols.
Pay: 35.00 per hour.

Basic Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities
+ Monitor daily work activities to ensure compliance with OSHA, company, and site-specific safety standards
+ Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across electrical install zones
+ Support incident investigations and root cause analysis
+ Maintain and update safety documentation, including JHAs, permits, and training records
+ Deliver safety orientations and toolbox talks to crews and subcontractors
+ Collaborate with foremen, project managers, and client safety teams to resolve safety concerns
+ Ensure proper use of PPE and safe operation of equipment and tools
+ Track and report safety metrics and trends to leadership
Qualifications
+ Minimum 2 years of safety experience in construction or industrial environments
+ OSHA 30 certification required; CHST or other safety credentials preferred
+ Familiarity with semiconductor protocols a plus
+ Strong communication and documentation skills
+ Ability to work in fast-paced, high-risk environments with attention to detail
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management software
+ Must pass background check and drug screening
