Essential Duties:

+ Masks off, if needed, for preparation for painting

+ Applies adhesives, caulking, sealants or coatings

+ Applies and utilizes cleaning solvents

+ Cleans equipment or machinery

+ Applies common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions

+ Deals with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations

+ Reads measuring device

+ Works adjusted schedules and overtime when required

+ Supports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission, values and culture of the organization

+ Adheres to all quality and safety standards

+ Supports other projects and performs duties as assigned

Education/Experience/Other Skills & Abilities:

+ High School diploma, or GED preferred.

+ 1 - 3 years related industry experience

+ In lieu of diploma, relevant work experience demonstrating the required job skills and abilities needed to successfully perform the job

+ Operation of small power tools, other hand tools, computerized and high-pressure equipment

+ Goal oriented and team focused to ensure completion of projects in a timely manner
