    Role Summary

    INTECON is looking for an experienced Space Training Program Manager to oversee crew force management for Mission Delta 4 operations. In this role, you will manage training records, crew schedules, and readiness tracking for U.S. Space Force operators across SBIRS, UEWR, JTAGS, OBAC, and S2E2 systems. By ensuring compliance with USSF training regulations and optimizing crew training cycles, you will help maintain a high state of mission readiness and regulatory compliance for all Missile Warning and Tracking personnel under Mission Delta 4.

     

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

     

    + Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and administrator for the MAJCOM-approved training database (Patriot Excalibur – PEX), the primary system used to track all training and certification data.

    + Create and manage training profiles and accounts for approximately 750 Mission Delta 4 personnel, ensuring every member's training records are accurately initialized and maintained.

    + Load approved Plans of Instruction (POIs) into the database and assign students to scheduled courses, coordinating class rosters and training timelines.

    + Maintain and update crew task listings in accordance with official Mission Task Lists (MTLs) and Consolidated Task Lists (CTLs), so that crew training tasks reflect current mission requirements.

    + Track, document, and archive training accomplishments and evaluation records, including USSF Form 4419, Form 8 qualifications, and any training error memorandums.

    + Conduct monthly audits of the training database to identify any data gaps or compliance deficiencies and prepare reports of findings for Mission Delta 4 leadership to drive corrective actions.

    + Monitor crew proficiency statuses and recurring training completion rates, providing timely reports to leadership on any shifts in proficiency or upcoming training due dates.

    + Train and assist Mission Delta 4 members in using the training management systems for their roles – whether as an operator being trained, an instructor logging training, or an evaluator overseeing certifications.

    + Compile and deliver accurate readiness data and training status updates to squadron and Delta leadership, enabling informed decisions about crew assignments and mission readiness levels.

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Management or a related field – or equivalent experience.

    + 3+ years of experience in Crew Force Management, overseeing training or operational scheduling for military or aerospace units.

    + 3+ years of experience managing a USSF-approved training database (such as Patriot Excalibur (PEX)) or similar training management system.

    + Familiarity with U.S. Space Force training and evaluation regulations, and experience maintaining documentation to those standards (e.g., proficiency logs, evaluation forms).

    + Strong organizational and data management skills, with acute attention to detail for auditing training records and preparing reports.

    + Excellent communication skills for coordinating with instructors, operators, and leadership to resolve training scheduling and compliance issues.

    + · Active TS/SCI clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Prior experience in an operational Space Force unit within Mission Delta 4, giving firsthand insight into its training pipelines and crew readiness needs.

    + Advanced training or certification in training program management or educational program oversight (for example, USAF Instructor or Training Manager courses).

    + Familiarity with generating training metrics or readiness dashboards for senior leadership.
