We have an exciting opportunity for a **Maintenance Supervisor** at our Grand Rapids, OH production facility.
This position is a key member of the site leadership team responsible for all maintenance activities and leading an experienced team of maintenance mechanics and electricians. The Maintenance Supervisor collaborates across various departments and utilizes creative problem-solving skills to foster innovation and further develop team members.

This role will be on-site at the Corteva location.
What You’ll Do:
+ Schedule and ensure proper execution of all maintenance related activity at the site, including regular and preventative maintenance, capital projects and reliability improvements.
+ Ensure completion and updating of appropriate records, documents, and/or reports.
+ Implement and monitor maintenance KPI’s to drive continuous improvement.
+ Coordinate and work with other key personnel to establish capital plans and related details to promote the plans.
+ Lead assigned team to ensure resources and labor needs are met year-round.
+ Coach and develop direct reports to top performance and maintain a cohesive positive work environment.
+ Plan and maintain facility maintenance budget.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Education:
+ High School Diploma/GED.
What Skills You Need:
+ Industrial maintenance experience and/or experience in leading large scale capital projects.
+ 1 year of leadership experience (i.e. program/process lead, supervisory experience, etc.).
+ Strong interpersonal skills, including good written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and are solutions oriented.
+ Good organization, prioritization and time-management skills in order to drive projects to on time completion.
+ Experienced in Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel.
+ Valid US drivers license.
+ Willing and able to work a primarily daytime scheduled with extended hours and weekends to support operations as needed.
What Makes You Stand Out:
+ Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Maintenance, or a related field.
+ Experience with a CMMS system such as SAP.
+ Experience with PowerBI.
+ LEAN/SMED, Six Sigma experience.
+ Familiarity with PLC Programming.
+ Electrical and mechanical knowledge.
