Job Description:

Responsible for completing service and preventive maintenance work orders on a wide range of refrigeration and HVAC systems throughout the hospital. Ensures systems operate efficiently and safely to support hospital operations and patient care.

Salary Range:

$28.25-$37.33/hourly

Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience

Experience: 1-5 years’ preferred experience (preventive maintenance, inspection and repairs of equipment, facilities and systems)

License/Certification Required: Preferred Valid New York State driver’s license & refrigeration certification Type I and Type II.

Skills: Mechanically skilled in all trades. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills and customer service focus. Good troubleshooting skills a plus.
