GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:
The Club Coordinator will perform tasks associated with the retention of current Home Care Club Members as well as tasks associated with acquiring new members to grow the club membership clientele base. Responsibilities will include management of current club members by maintaining communication with them in all areas, including, but not limited to all aspects of coordinating the scheduling of visits, managing renewal processes and handling cancelation procedures.
JOB ACTIVITIES:
+ Ambassador and spokesperson for the company and the Home Care Club.
+ Thoroughly understand all aspects of the Home Care Club program.
+ Staying current on processes and procedures for Home Care Club implementation.
+ Assist in Home Care Club training with other team members.
+ Acts as the spokesman for the club member, communicating to the company: what
the customer wants, when they would like it, and how they would like it done.
+ Communicate with the club member and answer their questions and concerns
+ Assist club members by communicating club benefits and services, fees and terms and conditions.
+ Execute incoming/outbound calls proficiently and in a professional manner.
+ Complete marketing letters/emails to include but not limited to welcome letters,
contracts, renewal, and cancellation letters.
+ Maintains contract files and accounts.
+ Assists with basic administration requests as needed
+ Work with CCR team and act as customer service representative as needed.
+ Help to ensure that all related marketing material is updated with current offerings.
+ To provide suggestions on program enhancements and assist in implantation.
+ Assist marketing manager in Home Care Club retention programs.
+ Work Client Care and Marketing Manager in report generation to
manage the scheduling of club visits.
+ Responsible for compiling and communicating all Home Care Club reports in
timely manner as directed.
+ Meet Key Performance Indicators per Bonus Policy
+ Assist in the development, promotion, and implementation of program contests.
+ Understand and follow all company philosophies, policies, and procedures
+ Understand and follow written and verbal instructions given.
+ Represent the company in a professional manner
+ Perform related work as assigned
+ Meet company performance standards per pre-set performance goals and reviews.
+ Follow all company safety rules and requirements.
Qualifications
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS:
Experience and Training, Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
+ Should have experience in customer service.
+ Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
+ Database management experience a plus.
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Knowledge & skills in Microsoft Windows, including Word and Excel. Should also be very familiar with the use of iPhone/iPad, email, and Outlook.
+ Excellent organizational skills
+ Ability to be self-motivated and work independently with minimal supervision.
+ On the job training will be provided.

+ Required to sign a Confidentiality agreement with the company
+ Successfully complete all background checks, drug testing and employment screening
+ Neatly groomed per dress code policy to represent the company in a professional manner.
