Client Success Lead
Spectrum Billing Solutions is an industry-leading Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company for healthcare organizations. We are looking for a Client Success Lead to join our growing team. This is a remote or office/home hybrid position.
Responsibilities include:
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications.
+ Assist with new client implementations.
+ Work cohesively with internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.
+ Maintain understanding of RCM functions and workflows.
+ Serve as client partner and liaison while effectively collaborating with team members.
+ Identify needs of clients and opportunities for improvement.
+ Participate in meetings with new and existing clients.
+ Attend company-wide and team-specific meetings.
Requirements
+ 1-3 years of client relationship management experience.
+ 1-3 years of Healthcare and/or RCM experience.
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Self-starter, comfortable in a deadline-oriented environment.
+ Detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering quality work.
+ Demonstrated skills in delivering results.
