    Description

    Overview:

    Robert Half is partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit organization to hire a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others, excels in communication, and thrives in a supportive, community-focused environment. You will play a key role in assisting clients, answering questions, and ensuring individuals receive the resources they need.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Serve as the first point of contact for clients and community members, providing support in both English and Spanish.

    + Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

    + Provide information on programs, services, and eligibility requirements.

    + Assist clients with completing applications, forms, and navigating resources.

    + Maintain accurate documentation and update client records in the database.

    + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless referrals and follow-up support.

    + Uphold the organization’s mission and commitment to providing equitable access to services.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written) — required.

    + 1+ year of customer service, administrative support, community outreach, or call center experience.

    + Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, client-centered approach.

    + Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion.

    + Comfortable using computers, database systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Previous experience in a nonprofit or human services environment is a plus, but not required.
