What You'll Be Doing: As our Accounts Receivable Clerk, you’ll take the lead in managing accounts receivable functions while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Your key responsibilities will include:

+ Cash Applications: Process and post payments accurately and in a timely manner.

+ Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, chargebacks, and disputes efficiently.

+ Bank Deposits: Prepare and process daily bank deposits with precision.

+ Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts, ensuring all payments are accurately applied and outstanding balances are addressed.

+ Records Maintenance: Maintain organized and comprehensive records for all financial transactions.

+ Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to resolve issues and ensure seamless processes.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining accurate financial records. Other qualifications include:

+ 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, specifically with cash applications, chargebacks, and bank deposits.

+ Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, VLOOKUPs, and PivotTables.

+ Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.

+ Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

+ Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external partners.
