    **Pay Rate:** $17–$18.50/hr | **Availability:** 1st & 2nd Shift

    Job Overview:

    Join a small, employee-focused company in a brand-new, temperature-controlled facility built in 2024. As a General Production Worker, you’ll operate injection molding machines, inspect parts, and assist with packaging and assembly in a clean, supportive environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate injection molding machines: load parts, press buttons, remove finished pieces

    + Perform cosmetic inspections and quality checks

    + Use hand tools to clip and deburr edges

    + Package, box, and label finished parts

    + Assist in assembly tasks as needed

    + Record data and prepare parts for shipment

    + Adapt to working with different parts dial

    Skills & Qualifications:

    + Experience as a machine operator in manufacturing

    + Attention to detail and basic measurement skills

    + Familiarity with injection molding or plastics

    + Comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs

    + Experience in production or assembly environments

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Post Falls, ID.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
