    Job Title: Installer Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Installer Technician to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful installation of metal structures and components. The ideal candidate will execute all tasks with safety, professionalism, and precision.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist in the field installation of metal structures and components.

    + Execute all work with safety and professionalism, including interaction with others.

    + Perform accurate measurements within tight tolerances.

    + Maintain dependable attendance and possess hand-tools for general field installations.

    + Operate company vehicles and equipment.

    + Ensure accuracy and attention to detail.

    + Demonstrate professionalism and accountability in all aspects of work and communication.

    + Travel for out-of-town assignments with per-diems and travel accommodations provided by the employer.

    + Collaborate effectively with others as part of a team.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience in sign installation, electrical work, or similar roles.

    + Proficiency in reading blueprints and using power and hand tools.

    + 2+ years of construction or field installation experience.

    + Desire to learn steel, electrical, and advanced construction techniques.

    + Comfort with working at heights.

    + Ability to work outdoors.

    + Ability to grasp new concepts quickly.

    + Dependable attendance.

    + Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of El Cajon, CA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
