    Division / Location /** **Shift:

    At Drug Product North America, a division of Thermo Fisher Scientific we deliver, from process development through commercial supply, we offer the expertise and resources vital to help clients deliver innovative gene therapies. Our beautiful multiproduct facility houses automated isolator filling technology along with sophisticated drug substance manufacturing.

     

    **Location:** Plainville, MA (5 Commerce Boulevard)

    **Shift Hours:** Mon.-Fri. 7am-3:30pm EST (Overtime Available)

    What you will** **do:

    + Train on and perform Drug Product formulation, aseptic filling interventions, visual inspection, andlabeling operations in a cleanroom environment.

    + Ensure batch records and lab books are completed in line with appropriate good documentation practices (GDP).

    + Support timely and effective closure of compliance investigations, batch record reviews, procedural updates, and SAP transactions.

    + Work closely a cross-functional team functions on effective planning and hand-off of operations.

    How you will get here (Requirements):

    + High School Diploma/GED is the minimum requirement.

    + 2+ years' proven experience in aseptic processing, fill/finish operations, visual inspection and/or other related cGMP operations is required.

    + Proven track record adhering to strong ethical standards.

    + Ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.

    + **Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.**

    Physical Demands:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:

    + Gown aseptically and/or sterile gown as needed.

    + Write, read/review written documentation for extended periods of time. Specific vision requirements for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

    + Regularly required to talk and hear.

    + The employee is occasionally required to lift, stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, or crouch.

    Compensation and Benefits

     

    The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $23.02–$38.36.

     

    This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
