    Are you an experienced sterile processing professional ready to step into a leadership role?     What You’ll Do

    + Oversee daily operations of the Sterile Processing Department, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing of instruments and equipment.

    + Lead, train, and mentor a skilled team of sterile processing technicians — fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

    + Maintain quality control and sterilization records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.

    + Collaborate with surgical services and materials management to anticipate and plan for upcoming procedures and special equipment needs.

    + Support the turnover of same-day surgery rooms and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

    + Participate in department scheduling, inventory management, and performance improvement initiatives.

    What You Bring

    + Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in sterile processing with solid knowledge in decontamination, assembly, and sterilization required.

    + Certification through HSPA (IAHCSMM) or CBSPD — or ability to obtain within 18 months of hire.

    + Familiarity with endoscopic procedures and scope reprocessing preferred.

    + Current CPR Certification preferred.

    + Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills with a commitment to quality and teamwork.

    + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced surgical environment.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new systems as needed.

    Shift:

    Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

    Schedule:

    Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
