    Description:

    We are seeking a hands-on **IT Infrastructure Lead** with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies and systems administration. This role will lead infrastructure initiatives, support desktop operations, and drive strategic upgrades including ERP and ITSM implementations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with emotional intelligence and leadership capabilities.

     

    **Location:** Hollywood, CA or NYC (Hybrid: 3–4 days onsite, Tuesday–Thursday preferred)

     

    _This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis._

     

    Salary: $140K - $150K

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead infrastructure operations across cloud and on-prem environments

    + Manage and enhance **IAM, SSO** , and **Azure Cloud Ops**

    + Implement and administer **Microsoft Intune** for device management

    + Oversee desktop support and new store IT setups (but would serve as the Tier 3/Tier 4 support

    + Support and plan for upcoming **ERP upgrade**

    + Administer systems across multiple third-party vendors

    + Maintain and optimize **Salesforce Service Cloud** ticketing system;

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with retail, ecommerce, and IT teams

    Experience Requirements:

    Required Skills & Experience

    + Proven experience as an **Infrastructure Manager or Lead**

    + Strong background in **Microsoft technologies** (Intune, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory)

    + Hands-on **Systems Administration** experience

    + Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or **Salesforce Service Cloud** and open-source alternatives

    + Experience supporting **desktop environments** and store-level IT

    + Excellent communication and leadership skills; high emotional intelligence

    Nice to Have

    + Experience implementing **CMDB** or **ITSM** platforms

    + **ITIL Certification**

    + Background in **retail IT operations**

    + Familiarity with **ecommerce platforms** and integrations

     

    _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
