Document Control Specialist – HR File Digitization Project

**Location:** **Duluth, MN** (In-Office Position)

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

**Pay Rate:** $25.00/hour

**Employment Type:** Temporary | 6–8 weeks

Job Summary

Kelly Services is looking for a **Document Control Specialist** for a short-term HR project focused on converting employee personnel files into a digital format. This role will organize, digitize, and upload HR documents into the company’s HR Information System ( **UKG** ), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

+ Prepare, organize, and review employee files for upload into the HRIS system.

+ Accurately scan, label, and index documents following company guidelines.

+ Verify data accuracy and completeness through quality checks.

+ Maintain confidentiality of all employee records and sensitive information.

+ Collaborate with HR staff to resolve missing or incomplete files.

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or HR coursework preferred.

+ 1–2 years of experience in HR, document control, or data entry preferred.

+ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with digital filing systems.

+ Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
