At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we’re seeking **Mechanical Assemblers** to work for an actively growing Aerospace Manufacturer, in **Clifton Springs, NY.** With us, it’s all about finding the right opportunity for you!

Pay: $18-23/hr. (Depending on shift and experience). Temp to hire.

Available Shifts:

+ 1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm/3:30pm

+ 2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 1:00am (2:30pm – 11:00pm for training)

+ 3rd Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am (Training on 1st or 2nd Shift)

+ Shift Differential: 2nd Shift – 15%, 3rd Shift – 20%

What does a typical day look like for this position? You'll be...

+ Assembling Parts: Work with hand and power tools to assemble mechanical components.

+ Reading Blueprints: Interpret assembly drawings to position parts for accurate assembly.

+ Testing & Inspecting Products: Test and inspect components to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements.

+ Working with Measuring Tools: Use tools like calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators to ensure precision.

+ Performing Additional Tasks: Perform tasks such as coil winding, soldering, and sub-assembly functions as required.

+ Lean Initiatives: Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.

+ Possess 1-2 years of manufacturing experience - Preferred
