    Are you a dynamic, results-driven Project Manager with electrical industry expertise seeking a high-impact role in a rapidly expanding company? As we grow alongside the booming data center sector, we’re looking for a leader to manage complex electrical projects from order to shipment—facilitating handoff meetings, collaborating with customers and engineering teams, and driving projects to timely completion.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Take full ownership of post-purchase order activities, empowering sales productivity and seamless project delivery

    + Manage entire projects from initial order through shipment, ensuring successful outcomes and timely completion

    + Facilitate handoff meetings and foster strong interaction between customers, engineering, and cross-functional teams

    + Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, product divisions, channel partners, and customers—ensuring clear communication and strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle

    + Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project schedules with all stakeholders

    + Oversee technical execution at the component, assembly, and system level for electrical projects

    + Build and communicate project financial baselines, utilizing change logs to optimize outcomes through proactive management

    + Lead factory witness testing, resolve punch list items, and ensure successful project closeout

    Compensation & Growth:

    + Salary range of $125,000–$140,000, plus a generous 20% bonus structure

    + Comprehensive benefits and a clear path for career advancement

    + PMP certification is not required for this role; we offer support if you wish to obtain it

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

    + Minimum 3 years’ experience in the electrical industry and project management

    + Valid, unrestricted driver’s license

    + Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business

    + Hands-on experience with Engineered Power Products

    + 6+ years in electrical project management
