Part-Time Days in the Nursing Float Pool – Expand Your Skills with a Supportive, Dynamic Team

The Nursing Float Pool offers a dynamic and collaborative environment built on trust, adaptability, and professional growth. Nurses in this department demonstrate a high level of autonomy and accountability as they support multiple units and diverse patient populations. Sign-on bonus available up to $1,250 for Part-Time Roles!

+ Schedule: 7am - 7pm, Day Shift, Part-Time (Shift Differential for 2:30p-11p; + Float Pool Differential)

What We're Looking For

+ Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.

+ Experience:

+ One year preferred.

+ One year Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required.

+ Licensure/Certification:

+ Completion of NAI program, required.

+ Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.

+ Medication Safety - AME, required.

+ NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.

+ Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation
