Billing Specialist

Schedule: Hybrid (Tues–Thurs onsite; Mon & Fri remote)

Duration: 11 month contract

Pay Rate: $35-40/hr

Overview

System One is seeking a Billing Specialist to support high-volume billing operations. This role involves daily data entry, issue resolution, and collaboration with project teams to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

+ Process up to 100 billing entries daily in SAP.

+ Research and resolve work order and purchase order (PO) discrepancies.

+ Communicate regularly with PMs, job runners, and coordinators.

+ Participate in weekly vendor meetings.

+ Maintain accurate records using Excel and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

+ Strong Excel and Microsoft Office 365 skills.

+ Experience with work orders/POs in SAP.

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.

+ Collaborative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

+ Familiarity with Power BI a plus.
