    Associate Clinical Supervisor (ABA) – Antioch, CA

     

    Position: Associate Clinical Supervisor (ABA)

    Locations: East Contra Costa region

    Schedule: Part-Time (3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)

     

    Setting: Hybrid – In-Home & In-Center

    Pay Incentives Starting Now!

    We're excited to recognize your leadership and flexibility with increased pay opportunities:

    $36–$43/hour based on experience

    Bonus:

    Effective November 16th

     

    + Weekend sessions (Saturday & Sunday):

    • +$10.00 per billable hour on top of your current hourly rate

     

    Effective December 1st

     

    + Monday through Friday sessions starting at 6:00 PM or later:

    • +$5.00 per billable hour on top of your current hourly rate

    What You'll Do

     

    + Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians

    + Implement and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans

    + Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent progress

    + Maintain clinical quality and data-driven outcomes

    What You Need

    + Master's degree (or in progress) in ABA, Psychology, or a related field

    + 1–2+ years of ABA or clinical supervision experience

    + Valid California driver's license and auto insurance

    + Strong communication and teamwork skills

    + Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred
