    Ultimate LLC is **urgently seeking to hire Service Plumbers** for **full time work** around the Kansas City Metropolitan. The pay range for this position is **$25-$35/HR** based on experience. All Service Plumbers are scheduled 40+ hours a week.

     

    We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides **weekly pay** for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

    Ultimate Plumbing Job Duties

    + Perform a wide range of plumbing tasks including repairing or replacing leaky pipes and faucets, main waterline repairs and replacements, secondary line repairs and replacements, garbage disposals, fixture replacements, water heater replacements, camera inspections, drain lines, clogged drains, ejection pump systems, and more.

    + Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems

    + Utilize power tools and equipment to cut, assemble, and install pipes and fittings with precision.

    + Demonstrate proficiency in soldering, pipe threading, drain cleaning, and repair.

    + Employ welding or soldering techniques as necessary for pipe connections.

    + Install various fixtures such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, and water heaters ensuring proper functionality.

    + Conduct comprehensive inspections to identify plumbing issues and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements.

    + **Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in plumbing service and repair.** Demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues independently, with a strong track record of successful outcomes.

    + **Effective Communication Skills:** Possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities, enabling clear and concise interactions with customers and team members alike.

    + **Strong Problem-Solving Skills:** Exhibit adeptness in problem-solving and troubleshooting, with a keen ability to identify and address issues promptly and effectively.

    Ultimate Commercial Plumber Requirements

    + 1+ Year plumbing experience

    + Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)

    + Must have basic hand tools to perform trade

    + Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance
