Slows Bar BQ is seeking Experienced Bartenders to join our dynamic team! Our bartenders play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests through craft cocktails, local beers, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

+ Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks

+ Maintain a clean and organized bar area

+ Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations

+ Ensure accurate cash handling and transaction processing

+ Monitor and manage inventory and supplies

+ Adhere to all safety and health regulations

+ Assist in training new bar staff as needed

Requirements

+ A minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting

+ Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverage trends, and local craft beers

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

+ TIPS / Service Safe certification required

+ Must be 21 years of age or older

+ Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

+ Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
