Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Solution Architect that is going to be designing and administration of Teamcenter and NX products. This person will design the integration between CAD and PLM systems in an enterprise environment to a cloud environment. They will be implementing system architectures to support multi-tier Teamcenter deployment. This person will also plan and execute migrations and upgrades. Develop cloud integration strategies for Teamcenter/NX—supporting hybrid or fully cloud-hosted deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Work closely with engineering, IT, and DevOps teams to support configuration management, automation, and deployment pipelines. Manage Teamcenter data models, workflows, and customizations. Oversee NX license servers, CAD integrations, and performance optimization. Ensure system security, data protection, and disaster recovery processes are established and maintained.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience with Teamcenter and NX architecture, deployments and administration at an enterprise level

Experience supporting Teamcenter integrations with ERP System

Customization and scripting using ITK, BMIDE, SOA, or Java

Operating systems: Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/SUSE).

Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or DB2 (Teamcenter DB backend experience preferred). Oracle EBS knowledge

Teamcenter Active Workspace and Rich Client configurations

Experience deploying or integrating Teamcenter/NX in cloud or hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins).

CI/CD pipeline integration for PLM/NX environments.

Siemens certifications in Teamcenter or NX.

Experience working in defense industry
