Job Description
Join our growing AWM Managed Services (AWMS) practice, providing outsourced fund finance and accounting solutions to clients in the asset and wealth management industry. We are hiring at the Senior Associate and Manager levels to lead the delivery of recurring accounting and reporting services across multiple client engagements. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your accounting expertise and contribute to financial statement preparation, NAV oversight (the review and monitoring of a fund’s net asset value), and regulatory reporting. We're looking for a strong background supporting clients in a managed service, shared services, or outsourced accounting/Finance environment that have a great understanding of the end-to-end accounting processes; the month end close of the book functionality, AP Cycles, AR and just a couple of processes to name a few. The regulatory reporting engagements are primarily private funds.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the delivery of accounting and reporting services across multiple client engagements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP and contractual SLAs.
• Review and approve recurring journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements prepared by delivery teams.
• Manage and monitor client deliverables, ensuring service quality and adherence to performance metrics.
• Lead onboarding and transition of new client processes into the managed services environment, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and process setup.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistent and efficient service delivery across clients.
• Supervise, coach, and develop delivery team members; provide feedback and identify training needs to support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, technology, and quality assurance) to resolve client issues and ensure process continuity.
• Prepare or review client reporting packages, management reports, and variance analyses; ensure that all outputs meet client and internal expectations.
• Drive process improvement initiatives focused on automation, cycle time reduction, and error minimization.
• Support client communications, participate in status meetings, and proactively manage expectations and escalations.

Skills and Requirements
SENIOR ASSOCIATE LEVEL
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of client focused accounting experience in a managed service, shared service, or advisory/outsourced accounting environment
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end accounting process, AP/AR cycles, and managing month end close processes for a client
• CPA preferred, not required.
• Experience in the asset and wealth management industry.
• Experience with regulatory reporting
MANAGER LEVEL
• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
• 7+ years of experience
• Strong client focused accounting experience in a managed service, shared service, or advisory/outsourced accounting environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• NAV oversight
• Regulatory reporting experience for private funds
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising or coaching team members.
The manager will oversee daily operations, guide delivery staff (onshore and offshore), and ensure client satisfaction while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and firm policies. The role requires a balance of operational oversight, leadership, and client-service focus. Big 4 (PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG)
