    Job Description

    Overview

    We are seeking a highly experienced Electronics Systems Technician to oversee and execute the maintenance, testing, and operational analysis of complex security and electronic systems. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep technical expertise and a strong background in multidisciplinary collaboration.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze system operations and test results to ensure optimal performance and identify maintenance needs.

    • Execute authorized tests on security systems and subsystems to verify functionality and detect issues.

    • Identify and correct system malfunctions where possible, and report all issues and resolutions to the Systems Support Engineering Team (SSET).

    • Advise the SSET on system abnormalities and limitations that may impact future system designs or operational methodologies.

    • Ensure all services are completed in alignment with supervisory guidance and operational standards.

    • Report system-related problems and performance concerns to the SSET.

    • Serve as a lead technician while actively contributing to the maintenance and installation team.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in electronics installation and/or maintenance across multiple systems and customer programs.

    • At least 6-10 years of experience with intercom, intrusion alarm systems, access control, and CCTV

    • Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and quality objectives.

    • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    • Minimum 5 years of SQL database experience, including query writing, data analysis, and database structure management.

    • Solid understanding of electronics principles including electricity, electronic theory, algebra, and elementary physics.

    • Knowledge of electronic equipment design, testing, installation, and maintenance.

    • Familiarity with the capabilities and limitations of various electronic systems and equipment. • Vendor certifications in multiple Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Access Control Systems (ACS), and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems.

    • Hands-on experience with systems such as Software House CCURE, Verint, MDI, AMAG Symmetry, Bosch IDS, Hirsch (Identiv), and AIphone Intercom Systems.
