Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects that ensure safe drinking water and responsible wastewater treatment for communities. In this role, you will manage multiple projects such as plant upgrades, water line replacements, and municipal operations, while serving as the primary liaison between clients and design teams. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and quality standards, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. This position requires strong leadership skills to build and mentor a growing team, as well as technical expertise in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. The ideal candidate will hold a PE license and demonstrate exceptional communication skills to coordinate across clients, engineers, and internal teams. Skills and Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in water/wastewater projects

o Proven project management experience with plant upgrades, water line replacements, and multi-plant operations

o Strong leadership skills with prior team management experience (ability to hire and mentor 2–3 staff)

o Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Professional Engineer (PE) license

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D • Experience with hydraulic/hydrologic modeling tools (e.g., HEC-RAS)

• Master’s degree in civil or environmental engineering

• Background in construction administration and regulatory coordination
