### Job Duties
Position Purpose
This is a full-time position that requires a detail-oriented individual who is skilled at keeping processes moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is comfortable translating notes into clear documentation, maintaining accurate CRM records, and preparing polished client-facing materials. Success in this role does not depend on deep sales experience, but rather on reliability, effective communication skills, responsiveness, and a consistent commitment to supporting both clients and internal team members.
This Position May be Considered as a WeCo Career Development Role
Based upon WeCo’s mission of moving talented individuals into professional employment, this role may be considered as a WeCo Career Development Role. This means that training provided by WeCo would be required to remain in this role, and an agreement to serve in the role for designated time period, to ensure the WeCo receives benefit from an employee’s work, equivalent to the cost of training, may be required.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate and current CRM records, including Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, timelines, and meeting notes.
• Generate clear, error-free client proposals, quotes, and Scopes of Work using WeCo templates.
• Respond to client inquiries the same day and route requests to the correct members of the team.
• Follow up consistently with clients and prospective clients to support ongoing conversations.
• Create reports from the CRM to support sales forecasting and decision-making.
• Participate in continuous training and collaborate with teammates to improve internal processes and client experience.

### Minimum Education Required
Associate, Vocational or Trade School Degree or above
(documented successful experience in customer-facing role may replace this requirement)
### Minimum Experience Required
Experience
• Professional experience demonstrates good organizational skills.
• Excels at tracking and managing data.
• Takes pride in responsiveness and is meticulous about follow-up.
• 2 years’ experience working in direct contact with customers.
• 2 years’ experience working with CRM preferred. (Salesforce and Monday.com a plus.)
• Project management experience (training may be provided as part of a career development role.)
Specialty Focus
• Intermediate mastery of Microsoft Office 365 Tools: Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel (training may be provided as part of a career development role.)
Certifications
• Microsoft Office and/or CRM certifications a plus but not required (training may be provided as part of a career development role.)
Achievements
• Previous awards or recognition for customer service is a plus

Other Information regarding this role
Position Length and Time Commitment
This is a permanent full-time position with a commitment of 40 hours per week.
Location
This role will be performed remotely but may require attending meetings and working groups once or twice a week in our Stillwater, Minnesota office.
