Summary
We’re looking for a high performing Real Estate Professional to drive growth and revenue across multiple channels in the single-family residential (SFR) property management space. This role is equal parts sales leader, business development specialist, and investment advisor, designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
You’ll serve as the primary sales leader and face of our local office, taking ownership of growth goals by converting inbound leads, upselling current clients, guiding investor acquisitions, and securing listing opportunities when properties are sold. You’ll work closely with operations, marketing, and executive leadership to ensure seamless client experiences and drive long-term portfolio value.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

+ Lead Inbound Sales & New Client Acquisition
Act as the first point of contact for inbound owner leads interested in property management.
Qualify, consult, and convert property owners into management contracts.
Customize service offerings based on owner needs and local rental market dynamics.
+ Drive Investment Sales & Listings
Help existing and new clients identify and purchase cash-flowing residential rental properties.
Advise on investment yield, market trends, and long-term value strategies.
Secure exclusive listing agreements when clients decide to sell properties under management.
Provide ongoing valuation, disposition, and acquisition support.
+ Cross-Sell and Referral Network Growth
Build a strong network of agents, lenders, wholesalers, and investor partners to source deal flow and referrals.
Collaborate with internal teams to offer bundled services across management, leasing, and sales.
Represent the company at real estate events, investor meetups, and conferences.
+ Serve as Local Sales Leader
Be the trusted face of the office for clients and team members.
Serve as the senior sales resource in your market, supporting junior reps as needed.
Partner with operations to ensure a strong handoff from sales to service.
Maintain visibility into local market performance and report KPIs to leadership.
Qualifications

+ 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, business development, or account management.
+ Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to exceed goals
+ Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proven track record of converting leads into clients, ideally in property management, real estate, or SaaS industries.
+ Proven track record in sales leadership or full-cycle real estate transactions (buyers, sellers, investors)
+ Strong understanding of property management services, landlord needs, and rental market dynamics.
+ Strong knowledge of rental property performance metrics (cap rate, cash flow, yield, NOI)
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Leadsimple).
Education and/or Experience
+ Experience selling services to residential or commercial property owners.
+ Ability to interpret rental performance data and property underwriting
+ Familiarity with leasing, tenant relations, or property compliance.
+ Real estate license is required.

Salary Structure: $45,00 base salary with bonus. Typical first year earnings: $85,000-100,000.
