The role you'll contribute:
Leader who performs a variety of administrative assistant duties to support the Profession Development and Clinical Practice team. Will provide clerical support to the team. Coordinates student placement and onboarding with clinical partners. Provides support with all hospital systems. Supports orientation and WFD events. Schedules, coordinates, and maintains leadership schedule and provides project management on a variety of projects campus-based and throughout the WFD.
The value you'll bring to the team:
Provides administrative support to the team, including ordering and maintaining office supplies, processing mail, and screening and directing incoming phone calls.
Performs data entry, including creating and assigning computer based module curriculums, courses, classes, and pulling reports as needed.
Creates, tracks, and records attendance for classes related to onboarding and all education provided within the Nursing Education Department.
Processes and records all continuing education requests for campus programs.
Furnishes team member education records to leadership and State and Federal agencies upon request.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed** **:
High School Grad or Equiv
2 years administrative experience
