The role you'll contribute:

Responsible for answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and reviewing new patient registration. This position enters patient information into the practice's designated system and requests and collects co-pays and outstanding balances at check-in and check-out. This role takes accurate messages and routes correspondence efficiently. In addition, this position serves as a liaison between patients and support staff. Additionally, this role ensures a smooth and pleasant experience for patients through effective communication and service.

The value you'll bring to the team:

+ Answers incoming phone calls, responds to inquiries, and directs calls appropriately.

+ Welcomes patients; updates, verifies, and enters patient demographics, insurance, and billing information and processes forms into appropriate systems.

+ Registers patients for services, ensures accuracy, facilitates timely discharge, and maximizes reimbursement.

+ Ensures all financial assessments, eligibility, and benefits memos are clear, updated, and thorough to support post-care financial needs.

Required qualifications:

+ High School Grad or Equiv
