    Job Summary Details:

    ABM is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented **Lavatory and Potable Water Dispatcher** to join our operations team at **George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH)** . This position is responsible for coordinating lavatory and potable water services to ensure on-time aircraft departures. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, remains calm under pressure, and consistently meets tight operational deadlines.

     

    **Schedule:** Full-time, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

     

    Pay: $16.00 per hour, paid weekly

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Must be 18 years of age or older

    • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

    • Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience (aviation or similar operations preferred)

    • Prior experience in airline operations or ground handling is highly preferred

    Responsibilities:

    + Utilize computers and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) with proficiency.

    + Demonstrate strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    + Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality to support aircraft schedules and ensure on-time performance.

    + Operate radio communication equipment confidently and deliver clear, concise instructions to team members.
