Pipestone County Medical Center and Family Clinic is currently seeking to find qualified individuals to join our growing team. We are committed to providing high quality services to our southwest Minnesota community.
Position Highlights
Job Duties:
Accountable for ensuring patient care is coordinated and managed. Promotes the use of the current clinical best practice standards in order to achieve high patient satisfaction and superior clinical outcomes. Serves as an ongoing resource nurse for the clinical care team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred. Minimum of 3 years Home Care and Hospice experience required. Must have current license from the state of Minnesota and be able to obtain licensure in the state of South Dakota. BLS certified or must be obtained within 1 week of hire. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance is required.
The pay range for this position is $38.94 - $52.74 per hour. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
