    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Journeyman** **Carpenters** for projects located in the **Hanover, NH area** . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to **$38/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Fabricate custom woodwork including cabinets, doors, moldings, panels, furniture, and windows

    + Set up, operate, and maintain hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling wood

    + Fit, glue, clamp, and sand components; prepare surfaces for finishing

    + Install hardware such as hinges, catches, and drawer pulls

    + Estimate materials, time, and costs to support project planning

    + Review shop drawings and blueprints with the Shop Manager

    + Travel to job sites for measurements or installations as needed

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment

    + Coordinate with other trades and communicate project-related issues

    + Other tasks as assigned

    Requirements:

    + 5–7 years of experience in cabinetry or skilled woodworking

    + Must be able to meet the physical demands required to perform essential job functions

    + Ability to lift, carry, and handle materials, and work in varied positions (standing, bending, reaching)

    + Reliable transportation and attendance
