Role Synopsis:
The Measurement & Allocation Lead is responsible for the governance, standardization, and oversight of measurement and volume allocation across all business units. This role ensures alignment with production accounting, operations, and our project team to maintain high data integrity and compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Key Accountabilities:
+ Lead the development and enforcement of measurement and allocation standards across all business units.
+ Collaborate with the Projects team to ensure accurate metering solutions are included in facility design.
+ Serve as the primary liaison with Production Accounting to ensure measurement data aligns with month-end allocations.
+ Review and oversee reconciliation processes to ensure timely and accurate volume reporting.
+ Monitor key measurement KPIs (e.g., meter failure rates, reconciliation cycle time) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Manage change control for measurement systems and documentation.
+ Provide leadership and mentoring to Analysts and support cross-functional training as needed.
Essential Experience and Education** **:
+ 8+ years of oil & gas experience with a focus on measurement, production operations, or production accounting.
+ Strong understanding of flow measurement, allocation methodologies, and regulatory compliance (e.g., API, AGA, OGA).
+ Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience.
+ Familiarity with SCADA, measurement software, and data analytics tools.
How much do we pay (Base)?** **$193,000 - $227,000
Note that the pay range listed for this position is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
