What you'll do...

The Sr. Analyst, Market & Site Analytics supports strategic expansion and site planning for Drone Delivery. The position focuses on integrating geographic, demographic, and performance data to guide market prioritization, site selection, and operational scaling. The role partners across Real Estate, Operations, Finance, and Strategy to translate spatial analytics into actionable decisions that accelerate growth and ensure data-driven expansion.

You will join a team dedicated to precision analytics, operational excellence, and data innovation. The team values clarity, accountability, and collaboration across business functions, driving measurable impact through data, automation, and applied spatial insight.

This is an onsite role based at our Home Office in Bentonville, Arkansas; a full relocation package can be made available, but we are not considering remote applicants.

_What You'll Do…_

+ _Shape the future of Drone Delivery by building analytical systems that guide where and how we scale across markets and sites_

+ _Integrate geographic, demographic, and performance data into models that identify optimal site locations and market sequencing_

+ _Develop dashboards, tools, and reports that provide clear, actionable insights for executives and field leaders_

+ _Partner with Real Estate, Operations, Finance, and Strategy to align analytics with business priorities and investment decisions_

+ _Evaluate market performance, customer reach, and operational readiness using spatial and predictive analysis_

+ _Automate recurring data processes and enhance analytical workflows for reliability and repeatability_

+ _Present insights that influence capital planning, permitting prioritization, and operational readiness_

_What You'll Bring…_

+ _Experience in market analytics, spatial modeling, or site selection for retail, logistics, or network planning_

+ _Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, and cloud-scale data environments such as BigQuery_

+ _Ability to merge geographic, operational, and performance data into concise visualizations and recommendations_

+ _Experience with decision-support tools such as Power BI, QGIS, or Carto_

+ _Strong collaboration skills to connect analytics with finance, operations, and real estate teams_

+ _Analytical rigor, curiosity, and adaptability to align data methods with evolving business goals_

+ _Proven ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and business stakeholders_

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
