Overview
The Account Supervisor is a brand champion. They provide strategic input, tactical planning and direction on their account. They have direct management responsibilities. The Account Supervisor builds and maintains positive, lasting client relationships based on effectively achieving the client’s marketing objectives and also in a manner with results in agency profit.
Responsibilities
+ Keeps clients informed and confident by ensuring timely, accurate communication and delivery of all account activity and reports
+ Acts as a trusted strategic partner, clearly communicating and championing the agency’s point of view
+ Aligns client and internal teams around brand strategy and positioning
+ Oversees the production of client-approved marketing materials, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables
+ Provides clear strategic direction to the creative team, evaluating concepts against strategy and offering actionable feedback to inspire standout work
+ Partners with Strategy and Creative teams to develop effective, insight-driven briefs
+ Manages client expectations, balancing evolving needs with project timelines and budgets
+ Proactively flags when shifts in client direction may affect scope, estimates, or deliverables
+ Maintains strong financial oversight, monitoring budgets and ensuring fiscal responsibility across projects
+ Demonstrates a thorough understanding of client contracts and applies sound judgment when allocating resources and prioritizing work
Qualifications
+ You bring 3–5 years of experience in account management, within healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising
+ Deliver exceptional client service, building trust through reliability, responsiveness, and proactive communication
+ Have experience working on HCP (healthcare professional) brands - or the curiosity and drive to quickly learn the space
+ Excel at building and nurturing relationships across clients and internal teams
+ Bring strong strategic thinking skills, connecting brand insights to creative solutions that drive results

Compensation Range:$73,910-$116,380 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
