    Overview

     

    The **Social Media Supervisor** is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of regional accounts. This includes developing, managing and reporting on social advertising strategies supporting various automotive profit centers. This person collaborates with all teams to bring innovative, integrated social media strategies and solutions to their clients.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee the day-to-day operations and campaign workflow for an automotive client, ensuring efficient management of team workload and deliverables.

    + Act as the primary contact to regional clients and partner agency contacts.

    + Lead a team of Strategists, driving high-quality work, collaboration and professional growth.

    + Work with account, creative, product and data teams to ensure all social media campaigns are seamlessly executed.

    + Regularly execute strategic brainstorms, proposal reviews and program results meetings with clients and partner agencies both in-person and via web meetings.

    + Manage paid advertising programs from start to finish from proposal development, media implementation, optimization, success measurement and management of creative, and timelines.

    + Oversee client experience and marketing materials for social media department.

    Compensation Range: $<<73,910.00>> - $<<106,260.00>> <>. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
