Pay Rate:

What you'll be doing as a Material Handler** **:
+ Work safely at all times and promote a strong safety culture within the facility
+ Follow all company policies, facility procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
+ Receive direction from the Facility Supervisor and/or Plant Manager and perform assigned duties accurately and efficiently
+ Unload USDA and biomedical waste, totes, drums, and other materials from inbound trailers in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
+ Verify that inbound trailers and materials are free of spills and consistent with shipping documentation and applicable EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) regulations
+ Safely load and unload materials from the autoclave unit following disinfecting and safety procedures
+ Clean and disinfect inbound waste trailers after unloading
+ Maintain accurate logs and records in accordance with company policies and procedures
+ Maintain compliance with required Crystal Clean University (CCU) training modules
+ Assist with unloading inbound water, used oil, or processed materials from tanker trucks and railcars, as needed (tank farm operations)
+ Support facility operators in processing duties as required
+ Maintain facility housekeeping standards, including cleaning, painting, trash removal, power washing, and skid steer operation
+ Maintain documentation and compliance requirements within Enablon
+ Perform other duties as assigned

Job requirements:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
+ Previous experience in material handling, waste management, or industrial operations preferred
+ Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
+ Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor in various environmental conditions
+ Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence
+ Background check and drug screening required
