What You’ll Contribute
As a Technical QA Analyst III, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. You’ll bring a deep understanding of testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and technical troubleshooting to help deliver exceptional user experiences. Your contributions will directly impact product stability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across our development lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
+ **Lead Test Planning & Execution** : Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex systems and integrations.
+ **Automate with Purpose** : Build and maintain robust automated test suites using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
+ **Collaborate Cross-Functionally** : Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.
+ **Own Defect Management** : Identify, document, and track defects with precision; drive resolution through root cause analysis and retesting.
+ **Champion Quality Standards** : Promote best practices in QA, including shift-left testing, CI/CD integration, and performance testing.
+ **Mentor & Guide** : Provide technical guidance to junior QA team members and contribute to the evolution of QA processes and tools.
+ **Continuously Improve** : Analyze test results and metrics to identify areas for improvement in product and process quality.
+ Credit Strategy Change Request (SCR) Analysis
+ Pricing Strategy Change Request (SCR) Analysis
+ Fraud Strategy Change Request (SCR) Analysis
+ Price Point Change (SCR) Analysis
+ Prepare Nodes, Rules, & Actions (NRA) for Strategy Configurations in vendor system
+ Test data setup and management
+ Perform validation of pricing and credit strategy implementations.
+ Support internal audits and lead corrective action processes as needed.
+ Identify and address quality issues and risks proactively to prevent recurrence.
What You Have
+ 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on technical and automated testing.
+ Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
+ Solid understanding of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java).
+ Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
+ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
